Amanda from Metrocurean explains: “It’s like a traveling culinary carnival, led by cowboy-hatted epicurean evangelist Jim Denevan, that rolls from farm field to field in a sleek 1953 bus. With the help of a local chef and farmer, the group hosts elaborate outdoor dinners in scenic spots across the country. The mission: connect diners to the land and the source of their food.”
